Therefore, when you order a “dark roast” you get more beans in your bag!! **Note…the longer a coffee is roasted, the less it weighs. By doing so we avoid the super shiny coffee with an unappealing burnt taste. We roast it right to the second crack to ensure the flavors are still in tact. Keep in mind, our “dark roast” is not taken to a burnt nugget. Sumatra is one of our “darker” roasts served in the shop daily.
